V rámci nové strategie Českomoravské záruční a rozvojové banky se její aktivity rozšiřují z podpory segmentu malých a středních podniků na celkovou aktivitu v rámci cílů hospodářské politiky státu a to především v oblastech sektorů infrastruktury, energetiky, digitalizace, sociálního podnikání a dalších v závislosti na investiční priority státu. Jedním ze stavebních kamenů této strategie je ČMZRB Investiční. Ta umisťuje veřejné prostředky do specifických oblastí soukromého kapitálu. Dalším prvkem ve strategii je Národní rozvojový fond, jehož misí je efektivní zapojení zdrojů z privátní sféry.

Přednášející:

Robert Suchopa - Robert je ze své pozice manažera výzkumných a vývojových projektů chemické recyklace zodpovědný za koordinaci výzkumně-vývojových aktivit v této oblasti ve skupině Unipetrol. Chce přispět k většímu uplatnění technologií chemické recyklace jako nástroje ke zavedení plastů do cirkulární ekonomiky v České republice. Spolupracuje s různými subjekty od institucí pro výzkum a vývoj, přes dodavatele technologií až po společnosti působící v odpadovém hospodářství. Vystudoval chemii a technologii pro oblast zpracování ropy a následné výroby paliv a petrochemikálií (titul Ing. na VŠCHT Praha). Pro svou současnou roli nasbíral cenné zkušenosti především během čtyřletého působení v R&D v automotive sektoru významné mezinárodní společnosti.

Vojtěch Vosecký - Vojtěch je jedním z předních odborníků na cirkulární ekonomiku v České republice. Vystudoval environmentální inženýrství a podnikání na holandské Wageningen University, pomohl založit INCIEN, ve kterém působil přes 4 roky, a podobným tématům se věnoval i v Evropském parlamentu. Momentálně vede v Praze expertní skupinu pro cirkulární ekonomiku a pracuje s řadou dalších organizací. Vojtěch je členem nadnárodní organizace Circular Economy Club.

Aleš Bláha - Člen představenstva Pražských služeb a místopředseda představenstva asociace STEO, Aleš Bláha, vystudoval chemické inženýrství na Friedrich-Alexander-Universität v Erlangenu v roce 1990. Poté tam pracoval jako výzkumník na 2. katedře technické chemie. V roce 1992 zde obhájil svou disertační práci a získal titul Dr.-Ing. Od roku 2006 je ředitelem pražského Zařízení energetického využití odpadů, kde úspěšně řídil projekty DeDiox a Kogenerace s DeNOXem. Od roku 2018 řídí rekonstrukci ZEVO Malešice, jejíž ukončení je plánováno na konec roku 2021.

Anna Kozera-Szałkowska - Anna je ředitelkou komunikace pro PlasticsEurope Polska od roku 2007, kdy byla zavedena polská divize Evropské asociace výrobců plastu PlasticsEurope. Je mimo jiné zodpovědná za komunikování o plastech jako materiálu 21. století a jeho roli v cirkulární ekonomice a udržitelném rozvoji. Vzděláním chemička, Anna získala magisterský titul a PhD v oboru polymerní chemie na Chemické fakultě Varšavské Univerzity Technologie. Dokončila také postgraduální studium v oboru komunikace na Institutu Badań Literackich PAN. Pracovala jako žurnalistka a šéf redaktorka specializovaných publikací o plastech, kosmetice a ekologii a později jako technická a advokátní ředitelka průmyslové asociace FMCG.

Jiří Kotek - Jiří Kotek zastává od roku 2016 pozici ředitele Ústavu makromolekulární chemie AV ČR. Vystudoval materiálové inženýrství na Strojní fakultě ČVUT v Praze. Zabývá se vztahy mezi mechanickým chováním a strukturou polymerních materiálů. Je autorem nebo spoluautorem více než sedmdesáti odborných publikací. Od roku 2013 působí v Ekonomické radě AV ČR. Jiří Kotek je členem Inženýrské akademie ČR a České společnosti chemické. Je národním zástupcem ČR v Evropské polymerní federaci (European Polymer Federation, EPF). V únoru 2019 byl zvolen na post předsedy EPF pro období 2020-2021.

Jeffrey Osterroth - Jeffrey je generálním ředitelem skupiny ATOZ, zajišťující B2B komunikaci v oblastech maloobchodu, logistiky, obalového průmyslu, HoReCa, farmacie a marketingu v Čechách i na Slovensku prostřednictvím tištěných B2B médií, pořádáním kongresů a dalších B2B akcí a různých digitálních projektů (webových portálů, newsletterů, profilů na sociálních sítích). Jeffrey také vede divizi ATOZ Packaging, do které patří Svět balení- nejrozšířenější tuzemský časopis o obalovém průmyslu a největší kongres obalového průmyslu- OBALKO.

Speakers:

Robert Suchopa - Robert’s position as manager of chemical recycling research and development projects makes him responsible for coordinating research and development activities in this area for the Unipetrol Group. His goal is to contribute to chemical recycling becoming a tool to help make plastics more sustainable in the Czech Republic. He collaborates with subjects from research and development, technology suppliers to companies active in the waste management sector. He completed his studies in crude oil processing chemistry and technology and subsequent fuel and petrochemical manufacturing (Engineer title from UCT Prague). He earned valuable experiences for his current role during his four year R&D tenure in the automotive sector of a significant international company.

Vojtěch Vosecký - Vojtěch is one of the top circular economy specialists in Czech Republic. He completed his environmental engineering and business studies at the Wageningen University in Holland, co-founded INCIEN, where he operated for over 4 years and worked on related issues in the European Parliament. He currently leads an expert team on circular economy for the city of Prague and collaborates with numerous other organizations. Vojtěch is a member of the international Circular Economy Club.

Aleš Bláha - Member of the Pražské služby Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the STEO Association, Aleš Bláha completed his chemical engineering studies at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität in Erlangen in 1990. He continued to work as a researcher at the 2nd Department of Technical Chemistry and defended his dissertation there in 1992, earning the title Dr.- Ing. He has been director of the Prague Facility for Energy Recovery from Waste since 2006, successfully managing the DeDiox and the Cogeneration with DeNOx projects. As of 2018, he has been managing the reconstruction of the WtE Malešice, which is planned to be finished by the end of 2021.

Anna Kozera-Szałkowska - Anna has been the communications manager for PlasticsEurope Polska since 2007 when the Polish office of the European association of plastics manufacturers PlasticsEurope was established. She is inter alia responsible for communicating about plastics as a material of the 21st century and its role in a circular economy and sustainable development. A chemist by education, Anna received her Masters and PhD degrees in the field of polymer chemistry at the Chemical Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology. She also completed post-graduate studies in communication at Instytut Badań Literackich PAN. She worked as journalist andeditor in chief for specialized publications about plastics, cosmetics and ecology, and later as a technical and advocacy manager for the industry association FMCG.

Jiří Kotek - Jiří Kotek has been director of the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry AS CR since 2016. He completed his material engineering studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering CTU in Prague. Today he deals with the relationships between polymer material structure and mechanical behavior. Jiří has authored and co-authored more than seventy expert publications. He has acted on the Economic Council AS CR since 2013. Jiří Kotek is a member of the Engineering Academy CR and the Czech chemical society. He is the Czech national representative in the European Polymer Federation (EPF) and in February 2019 was elected chairman of the EPF for the term 2020-2021.

Jeffrey Osterroth - Jeffrey is the general manager of ATOZ Group, which provides B2B communication for the retail, logistics, packaging, HoReCa, pharmaceutical and marketing communities in Czechia and Slovakia via B2B magazines, congresses and other B2B events, and various online projects (web portals, newsletters, social media profiles). Jeffrey also directly manages ATOZ’s packaging division, which includes the countries' leading packaging magazine, Svět balení (World of Packaging), and the largest packaging congress, OBALKO.

Seminář České spořitelny vás seznámí s principy obchodování pomocí digitální platformy we.trade. Jde o mechanismus využívající technologii blockchainu, který umožňuje realizovat domácí a zejména zahraniční obchody mezi firmami hladce, jednoduše a důvěryhodně. Digitální a automatický způsob sjednání, zajištění a financování obchodních transakcí je transparentní, bezpečný a šetří váš čas i náklady. To vše dohromady má v sobě velký potenciál růstu objemu obchodu vaší firmy. Na we.trade lze např. podrobně sledovat celý průběh zakázky a nastavit si notifikace či alerty. Warhorse Studios bylo založeno v roce 2011 partou zkušených veteránů českého herního průmyslu. Náročné období shánění vydavatele pro první titul skončilo neúspěchem, a proto se vývojáři v roce 2014 obrátili s prosbou o podporu na komunitu. Hráči nakonec v třetí nejúspěšnější kampani na Kickstarteru poslali neuvěřitelnou sumu 1.1 milionu liber. Tým se díky tomu mohl rozšířit na 120 lidí a v únoru 2018 spatřila světlo světa RPG hra Kingdom Come: Deliverance, které se doposud prodalo přes tři miliony kopií na celém světě. O tom, jak náročný je vývoj takové hry, jak uřídit prudce rostoucí počet vývojářů ve firmě a jak to nakonec celé dopadlo, bude přednášet Martin Klíma, výkonný producent a spoluzakladatel Warhorse Studios, který byl za svůj celoživotní přínos hernímu průmyslu v roce 2018 uveden do síně slávy. Věděli jste, že obyvatelé Prahy vyprodukují ročně skoro 30 000 tun objemného odpadu, z čehož až 70 % tvoří odpad z nábytku a vybavení domácnosti? Co když nezanedbatelná část tohoto objemu míří na sběrné dvory předčasně?

Pojďte s námi prozkoumat, jak nábytek zachránit před cestou na sběrný dvůr, když ještě může někomu dobře posloužit. Alternativních cest nábytku je celá řada. Kamenné či internetové second handy, renovace, nábytkové banky pro potřebné, charity a další. Jak ale předat informaci o všech možnostech lidem, kteří aktuálně řeší, kam s nepotřebným nábytkem v Praze?

Na workshop přineseme prototyp portálu na bázi „infotainmentu“, kombinace zábavného obsahu s edukačními prvky, který může Pražany inspirovat k tomu, aby dali nábytku druhý, třetí nebo i další život.

    Michael Londesborough is a researcher at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences. He used to work as a consultant for SemEquip, Inc. In 2015 he published his unique discovery: the first Borane Laser. This new type of laser brings a diverse range of benefits, such as reducing costs, operational risks and environmental impact. Besides the Czech Academy of Sciences, he also runs science communication programmes with the British Council. He is the author of more than 45 academic articles, the co-author of 2 publications and the owner of an international patent. He is a winner of the Best Young Chemist contest, the winner of the Cryptur prize and a laureate of the Vojtěch Náprstek Honorary Medal for Merit in Science Popularisation. He has a PhD from the University of Leeds.

    A mathematician, a climate scientist and a Fellow of Darwin College, a Fellow of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, an Associate Fellow of the Centre for Science and Policy and a Fellow of the British Antarctic Survey.

    She leads the UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training on the Application of AI to the study of Environmental Risks (AI4ER). Until April 2019 she led a UK national research programme on the Southern Ocean and its role in climate (ORCHESTRA), and was deputy head of the Polar Oceans Team and head of the Data Science Group at British Antarctic Survey. In the past she has worked at École Normale Supérieure in Paris and at MIT.

    She is a fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society and co-chair of their Climate Science Communications Group. She has also acted as an advisor to the UK Government on behalf of the Natural Environment Research Council. In 2016 she was awarded an OBE for services to science and the public communication of science. She is co-author with HRH The Prince of Wales and Tony Juniper of the Ladybird Book on Climate Change.

She has lectured extensively on circular business models and scaling circular innovation, authored articles, innovation insights and toolkits on circularity. In 2015, Geraldine was an awardee of the German Federal Ministry of Education (BMBF) International Green Talents Award, for outstanding interdisciplinary researchers in the field of sustainable development. Her motto is: „We must initiate the change we want to see around us.“ Through the non-governmental organization INCIEN she disseminates the awareness of circular economy among people and helps put into practice processes that promote sustainable development. As Director of INCIEN since 2015, he has been involved in the Czech Republic's transition from a linear system of economy to a circular system. INCIEN deals with the closure of biological and technical cycles as part of the sustainable development of society; it thus intervenes in agriculture, the development of new economies, and waste management or eco-innovation. INCIEN supports local and community activities. All the activities of this non-profit organization are aimed at creating a healthy society and ecosystems. The most prominent INCIEN project is the conference Waste as a Source, which addresses the introduction of circular economy principles into cities and villages.

    Karel Mourek is a Czech Technical University in Prague graduate. He earned an MBA degree from Thunderbird University in the United States. He began his career in 1992 at Creditanstalt, later at Bank Austria Creditanstalt Czech Republic, in the corporate clients division, where he worked until 2001. He had joined Česká spořitelna in 2001, where he managed commercial centers until 2011. From 2011 to July 2013, he worked at Erste Group Immorent as a member of the Board of Directors responsible for risk management. She worked for almost six years abroad, where she was in charge of international teams. In her current work targeted at new technologies and their use in the development of automotive industry and mobility, she also applies her experience gained in banking to analyse the profitability of new business models and valuation of technological firms. In addition to technologies, she is interested in financial literacy in general – she works, inter alia, as a member of the expert team for strategy development of company Yourchance, which operates in the area of development of financial literacy and education at schools.
